Indonesia Lists US$2.2 Billion Sukuk on Nasdaq Dubai

DUBAI, 9 September 2025: Nasdaq Dubai has admitted two new Sukuk issuances by the Republic of Indonesia, totaling US$2.2 billion under its US$45 billion Trust Certificate Programme.
The issuance comprises:
- US$1.1 billion 4.55% trust certificate maturing 2030
- US$1.1 billion 5.20% green trust certificate maturing 2035
These listings highlight Indonesia’s leadership in sovereign Sukuk issuance and its growing commitment to sustainable finance.

Husin Bagis, Indonesian Ambassador to the UAE, rang the market-opening bell to mark the listings. He said the issuance reflects Indonesia’s strong economic fundamentals and commitment to sustainable development.
Hamed Ali, CEO of Nasdaq Dubai and Dubai Financial Market, emphasized that the listings showcase Nasdaq Dubai as a hub for sovereign and ESG-linked financing and a gateway for global investors.
